Terms of Service

1. This agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and ReTap Incorporated (“ReTap”, “we”, “us”), the company behind AutoTap. They cover the AutoTap app, the AutoTap Setup installer, getautotap.com, and AutoTap Premium (together, “AutoTap”). By using AutoTap you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use AutoTap.

You must be at least 13 years old to use AutoTap. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they should make any purchase.

2. What AutoTap is

AutoTap taps the screen of your iPhone or iPad automatically, at spots you choose, in any app. You install it with AutoTap Setup on a computer. AutoTap isn't distributed through the App Store, and it isn't made, sponsored or endorsed by Apple or by the makers of the apps you use it with.

AutoTap depends on features of iOS, iPadOS and Apple's developer tools that Apple controls. An update from Apple, or a change to your device or Apple account, may stop AutoTap working for a while or for good. We'll try to keep it working, but we can't promise it will.

3. Your account

You sign in to AutoTap with Apple or Google. Keep your account secure, and don't share it or use someone else's. You're responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

4. Free use and Premium

AutoTap is free to use within daily limits: a set number of minutes of tapping each day, more time for watching short ads (coming soon), and a cap on taps per second. We show the current limits in the app and on our website, and we may change them.

AutoTap Premium removes the daily limit and the ads, and lets you tap faster. It works on every iPhone and iPad where you sign in with the account that has it.

5. Payments, renewals and cancelling

• Prices. You'll see the price, the billing period and any taxes before you pay. Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise. Our payment processor, Stripe, takes the payment; we never see your full card number.
• Monthly Premium. It's a subscription. It renews automatically every month and charges the payment method you used, until you cancel.
• Lifetime Premium. One payment, with nothing to renew or cancel. It stays on the account it went to for as long as we offer AutoTap Premium.
• Cancelling. Cancel monthly Premium any time: in AutoTap, from Premium → Manage Subscription, or with the link in any receipt we email you. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Introductory prices. If you subscribe at an introductory or early-bird price, you keep that price while your subscription stays active, unless we tell you otherwise in advance.
• Price changes. If we change the price of an existing subscription, we'll tell you before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it does.
• Which account gets Premium. When you buy from the app, Premium goes to the account you're signed in with. When you buy on our website, it goes to the account that signs in with the email address you paid with.

6. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable as a rule, including for part of a billing period. We look at refund requests case by case, though. If you were charged by mistake, or Premium didn't work for you, email us at autotap022@gmail.com and tell us what happened. Nothing in these terms takes away refund or cancellation rights that the law where you live gives you.

7. Using AutoTap responsibly

You're responsible for your taps. AutoTap taps exactly where you place it and can't tell what a tap will do. A tap can press a button that buys something, sends a message, posts, or deletes something. Check your spots before you start, and stop a run you aren't watching.

Other apps have their own rules. Some apps and games don't allow automated input, and may limit or ban accounts that use it. It's up to you to follow the terms of every app you use AutoTap with. We aren't responsible for action another app takes against you.

Don't use AutoTap to:

• commit fraud, such as faking ad clicks or rigging votes, contests, rankings or giveaways;
• cheat in ways that harm other people, such as competitive games against other players;
• harass anyone, send spam, or break the law;
• watch AutoTap's own reward ads automatically, or otherwise get free time or Premium in ways we didn't intend;
• attack, overload or interfere with our services, or reverse engineer AutoTap to get around its limits or payments;
• sell, rent or share access to AutoTap or Premium.

8. Installing AutoTap

AutoTap Setup installs AutoTap on your iPhone or iPad with Apple's developer tools, and AutoTap Setup and the app's Renew feature keep it signed so it keeps opening. To do that they sign in to your Apple Account and use your Apple developer team, and your device needs Developer Mode turned on. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what that involves. You're responsible for your Apple Account and your devices, and for following Apple's terms. Download AutoTap Setup only from getautotap.com or the links on it.

9. Our software

We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use AutoTap for your own use, under these terms. AutoTap, its design, code and name belong to us. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute it, or decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product, except as the law allows. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

10. Changes to AutoTap

We're always working on AutoTap, so features, limits and plans may change. AutoTap may sometimes be unavailable. If we stop offering Premium, we'll tell you in advance and won't renew your subscription.

11. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, AutoTap is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that it will work with every app or version of iOS, that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will meet your needs. Some places don't allow these exclusions, so they may not all apply to you.

12. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost data, lost game progress, purchases made by taps, or another app limiting or banning your account. Our total liability for any claim about AutoTap is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

13. Ending this agreement

You can stop using AutoTap at any time. If you have a Premium subscription, cancel it so it doesn't renew. To have your account deleted, email us. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we have to by law. The parts of these terms that by their nature should last, such as sections 6, 9, 11, 12 and 15, continue after this agreement ends.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a significant change, we'll let you know on our website or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using AutoTap after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree with them, stop using AutoTap and cancel Premium.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protections of the law where you live, and you may be able to bring a claim in your local courts.
